Our demo team is comprised of all levels of belts and ages. Students are picked
for this team based on leadership, ability, integrity, and much more.

We practice weekly and develop routines to go into the community and
demonstrate the skills our students develop. From our forms, to weapons
routines, board breaking, and even how to use every day items to assist you
in self defense should the need arise.
